What are Golden Visas?
The Golden Visa has the technical name of Residency by Investment Activity (ARI), a regime that allows foreign citizens to obtain a temporary residence permit for investment activity without requiring a residence visa to enter the country. Said investment activity can be carried out in three ways:
– Transfer of capital in an amount equal to or greater than one million euros
– Creation of at least ten jobs
– Acquisition of real estate with a value equal to or greater than 500 thousand euros (this is the situation we will focus on)
